Watch: North Carolina unleashes disastrous one-yard punt from end zone
Things were not going well for the North Carolina Tar Heels on Saturday in their rivalry game against NC State.
The Tar Heels punted from their own end zone early in the first quarter after an ill-fated drive, but punter Hunter Lent fumbled the snap, then was hit as he desperately tried to kick it away. The result was an NC State recovery at the three-yard line, which goes into the books as a one-yard punt.

Unsurprisingly, the Wolfpack immediately scored the first touchdown of the game. That won’t go down as the punter’s finest moment.
