DeAndre Hopkins, DeAngelo Hall take ‘Hard Knocks’ feud to Twitter
The first episode of HBO’s “Hard Knocks” aired earlier this week, and it featured some jawing back and forth between DeAndre Hopkins and DeAngelo Hall from when the Houston Texans and Washington Redskins held a joint training camp practice. The beef didn’t end when the cameras stopped rolling.
On Thursday, Hopkins retweeted a Vine video that showed him turning Hall around on a short route. Hall slipped and fell on the play and was lucky to avoid a serious injury.
Nuk said he doesn't start it, he just finishes it. #Texans https://t.co/2YlbDaQBxX

Hall didn’t take kindly to Hopkins retweeting the video, and it wasn’t long before he fired back.
When the highlight of your career is catching a 10yd pass on a DB while he slips and you feel like you did something. #SadDayInFootball

Hopkins went back at Hall with the old “how ya ankles feeling, bruh?”
Hope treatment going well. https://t.co/9wR4UrjEAP

@Nukdabomb I'm good to go young fella. Here's some advice don't stutter on your comebacks they're too easy to read. Take it or leave it

The only unfortunate thing about all this? The Texans and Redskins don’t face each other in the regular season this year. Given the war of words between Hall and Hopkins and those crazy fights that broke out during the joint practice, a matchup probably would have made for great television.
