John Harbaugh planning cool gesture for Odell Beckham against Rams

Baltimore Ravens coach John Harbaugh has a neat gesture planned for wide receiver Odell Beckham when the team faces the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday.

Beckham, a member of the 2021 Rams team that won the Super Bowl, will be a captain for Sunday’s game. That means he will get the chance to take part in the coin toss against his former team.

Harbaugh praised Beckham, saying the wide receiver is “coming into his own” and finally getting fully healthy.

The game against the Rams will be a sentimental one for Beckham for the aforementioned reasons. He tore his ACL in that Super Bowl, and was very emotional when the Rams pulled it out without him. He was a major contributor in the first half of that game as well, catching a touchdown reception in the first half.

Beckham has not put up big numbers this year, with just 27 catches on the year. However, he does appear healthy, and the Ravens appear willing to expand his role in the offense. Perhaps he will have a big day Sunday against his old team.
