Tom Brady makes it clear he is already chasing his seventh ring

Tom Brady

Tom Brady has not even had two full weeks to enjoy his sixth Super Bowl championship, and the legendary quarterback is already chasing his seventh.

Brady has famously said throughout his Hall of Fame career that his favorite championship ring is “the next one,” and his mindset has not changed even at age 41. When the New England Patriots shared a photo on Instagram that showed Brady holding up six fingers during the team’s latest Super Bowl parade, Brady posted a comment that should strike fear in the hearts of his rivals.

Some people felt Brady should go out on top after the Patriots defeated the Los Angeles Rams in Super Bowl LIII, but he made it clear during the celebration that he is not going anywhere. Brady is intent on playing into his mid-40s, and no amount of championship rings is going to change his mind.

If the Patriots can make the right moves this offseason, they should have no problem getting back to the AFC Championship next year. In fact, it seems like Brady might even be able to convince one of his star teammates to stick around for another season. As long as Brady and Bill Belichick are in New England, the Super Bowl will never seem out of reach.
