Darnell Dockett tweeted a Darren Sharper rape joke

Darnell-Dockett-CardinalsDarnell Dockett tweets more obnoxious stuff than any player in the NFL, so it should come as no surprise that the Arizona Cardinals defensive end could not resist mentioning Darren Sharper. As most of you know, Sharper has been accused of drugging and raping several women in several different states. Dockett must not find that to be all that serious.

Last week, Dockett claimed that his friend told him he saw a girl “so bad” he wished he “had that DS for her.” In other words, he was saying he should have sexually assaulted her.

Dockett was supposedly passing along a comment his friend made, but the fact that he chose to share it with his 160,000 followers makes him just as much of an idiot. Sharper, who allegedly admitted to witnesses that he raped women, is facing a lot of disturbing accusations. You would hope his former co-workers would know enough not to crack jokes about it.

Darnell Dockett bought another alligator

What good is having a pet alligator if it doesn’t have a friend? A couple years back, Dockett shared a photo of a baby alligator he bought while he was supposedly messing around in the Everglades. It appears he added another one to his collection earlier this week.

“My new female gator ‘Honey,'” Dockett wrote on Instagram. “Can’t wait till she get 500lbs just paid cash for her.”

Here’s another photo of the beast in training:

Two alligators in one nutty NFL player’s house? Something about this frightens me.

Darnell Dockett rags on Russell Wilson’s hair

Most men in their mid-50s would kill for a head of hair like the one Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson has. The 25-year-old has grown his locks out a bit over the course of the season, and he’s rocking a borderline jheri curl look right now. On Sunday, Arizona Cardinals defensive lineman Darnell Dockett made fun of Wilson for his hair.

“What the f—!!!!” Dockett wrote on Instagram alongside the photo you see above. “A head full of baby oil… I’m sleep (sic).”

We call that Super Bowl hair, Darnell. Quarterbacks who make it to the big game can pretty much wear their hair however they want. Wilson’s wife, who brought us one of the greatest moments in draft WAG history, must like it just fine.

Darnell Dockett sends racist tweet, won’t apologize

Darnell-Dockett-CardinalsArizona Cardinals defensive lineman Darnell Dockett loves stirring up trouble on Twitter. Whether its talking about inflicting physical harm on an opponent or trying to steal a college quarterback’s girlfriend, Dockett isn’t happy unless his tweets cause some sort of controversy. He was in rare form on Friday night.

Dockett kicked off a string of controversial tweets with a racist joke that many of his followers did not find amusing. After making the joke, Dockett promised he would not be one of those athletes who deletes the tweet and then apologizes.

Once his racist tweet received so much attention, Dockett decided to keep it going like a 7-year-old who had just gotten a rise out of his classmates. He tweeted about everything from overweight women to stealing his neighbor’s WiFi.

Darnell Dockett stomps on Rams OL Chris Williams’ hand (GIF)

Darnell-Dockett-stompDarnell Dockett should be expecting a fine from the NFL league office this week. The Arizona Cardinals defensive lineman was apparently upset with something that happened during his team’s win over the St. Louis Rams on Sunday. As you can see, Dockett blatantly stomped on offensive guard Chris Williams’ hand.

Ndamukong Suh could tell you that the NFL typically does not take stoping on opponents lightly. After the footage is reviewed, it will be almost impossible for Dockett to argue that he didn’t intentionally stomp on Williams. He made it look pretty obvious.

Darnell Dockett gives Tyrann Mathieu, Cardinals rookies hazing haircuts

Arizona Cardinals defense tackle Darnell Dockett drew the exciting responsibility of playing the role of barber at training camp this summer. Rookie haircut hazing is a favorite pastime among NFL veterans, and Dockett put his own spin on it with Tyrann Mathieu and some of the other Cardinals rookies on Wednesday.

As you can see from the photo above, Dockett shaved his No. 90 into the side of Mathieu’s head. He stuck with that theme for several other rookies, and he even claims he charged them for the new hairstyles.

Darnell Dockett loves inflicting ‘physical bodily harm’ on other NFL players

Darnell-Dockett-CardinalsIf Roger Goodell wants to convince NFL fans that football is a safe game and the idea is not for people to get hurt, he had better do a better job of conveying that message to the league’s players. We all know football is an aggressive sport. There’s nothing wrong with a legal hit that inflicts pain on your opponent. To a certain extent, that is the object of the game.

However, the tweet Arizona Cardinals defensive tackle Darnell Dockett sent on Friday morning will surely make the commissioner cringe.

While Goodell knows the NFL is a violent league, he doesn’t want the players celebrating it. With all the extra attention that has been given to head shots and concussions over the last few years, any comment about injuring an opponent is going to be met with backlash. Not only that, but people now scream “bounty!” every chance they get because of what happened within the Saints organization.

Then again, those of us who know Dockett realize he loves ruffling feathers. Even ask AJ McCarron — he would certainly agree.

Darnell Dockett fuming at Chris Rix for questioning his sexual preference

Darnell DockettDarnell Dockett is fuming at former Florida State teammate Chris Rix for calling his sexual preference into question.

Rix, who played quarterback at Florida State from 2001-2004, called into “Jay Mohr Sports” on Wednesday and discussed Dockett, who was a defensive lineman for the Seminoles from 2000-2003. The two talked about the Twitter exchanges Dockett has had with Alabama quarterback AJ McCarron over his girlfriend, beauty queen Katherine Webb.

Rix said it was a “sign of relief” for him to see Dockett interested in a woman, because he and his teammates questioned Dockett’s sexual preference while in college.

“This is actually a sign of relief when I saw these tweets,” said Rix. “There was always jokes about Darnell about kind of what his preference was in college. There was a few incidents of him hanging out with dudes in the union and some other stuff, but, hey, that’s a whole other story.”

After Rix raised the issue, Mohr pressed him for more details.

Darnell Dockett calls AJ McCarron ‘sissy boy;’ McCarron says let’s count rings

Darnell Dockett and AJ McCarron are not showing any signs of slowing down with their Twitter feud, and it is getting better by the day. Over the weekend, McCarron finally broke his silence about Dockett hitting on his girlfriend Katherine Webb by calling him “twitter thirsty.” On Monday, the Cardinals defensive tackle and Alabama quarterback continued hurling insults at one another.

The feud started back up again when Dockett called McCarron a “sissy” and challenged him to a boxing match. Rather than letting it go, McCarron took the bait once again.

AJ McCarron calls out Darnell Dockett for flirting with Katherine Webb

Katherine-Webb-AJ-McCarronWhen Katherine Webb first gained national attention after she was shown on television during the BCS National Championship Game, Arizona Cardinals defensive tackle Darnell Dockett was one of the first people to hit on her. Dockett tweeted his phone number at Webb and then claimed it was supposed to be a direct message.

Last week, Dockett said he would be able to get Webb if he wanted her, but that she isn’t his type of girl. He said he is more into “hood chicks,” but that apparently hasn’t stopped him from flirting with the former Miss Alabama on Twitter. On Friday, Dockett gave Webb another shout-out.

It sounds like AJ McCarron has had enough of the 290-pounder hitting on his girlfriend. The Alabama quarterback called out Dockett with a pair of tweets on Friday night.
