Bradley Cooper, Lady Gaga making eyes at each other gets meme treatment

Bradley Cooper Lady Gaga

The chemistry between Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga is off the charts. That’s a big part of what made “A Star is Born” such a great watch. The two actually went on stage at the Oscars on Sunday night to perform “Shallow,” their hit song from the film that won the award for Best Original Song. The chemistry between them was palpable and led to plenty of funny memes.

Here were some of them:

Then there were all the people pointing out how uncomfortable Cooper’s girlfriend Irina Shayk must have been.

Real or acting? Up to you to decide.

Mohamed Sanu: Lenghty Lady Gaga halftime show affected us in Super Bowl

Lady Gaga halftime

Wide receiver Mohamed Sanu believes his Atlanta Falcons were “definitely” affected by the lengthy Lady Gaga halftime show at the Super Bowl.

Sanu appeared on NFL Media’s “Good Morning Football” program Friday and talked about the Super Bowl collapse. He says the team will not be defined by blowing the game, and he refused to place any blame for the loss on Kyle Shanahan.

But one thing Sanu did concede is that Lady Gaga’s halftime show, which lasted much longer than a typical halftime of an NFL game, affected the team.

“It definitely (affected us) because usually halftime is only, like, 15 minutes. So when you’re not on the field for an hour, it’s like going to work out, having a great workout, sitting on the couch for an hour and then trying to work out again,” said Sanu.

Even though they were negatively affected by it, it’s not as if they started the second half poorly. They were shut down in their first offensive possession, but then they forced a 3-and-out and then scored on a touchdown drive in their second possession.

Still, the Falcons went downhill after going up 28-3. And just like many expected, something about being new to the Super Bowl may have contributed to their collapse, because the far more experienced Patriots came back and won in overtime.

Lady Gaga fires back at body shamers after Super Bowl halftime show

Lady Gaga has heard some negative feedback about her appearance during the Super Bowl LI halftime show, and the Grammy Award-winning artist is not going to stand for it.

On Tuesday night, Gaga took to Instagram to call out the body shamers who criticized her figure after she changed into her second outfit on Sunday.

“I heard my body is a topic of conversation so I wanted to say, I’m proud of my body and you should be proud of yours too,” the singer wrote. “No matter who you are or what you do. I could give you a million reasons why you don’t need to cater to anyone or anything to succeed. Be you, and be relentlessly you. That’s the stuff of champions. thank you so much everyone for supporting me. I love you guys. Xoxo, gaga.”

Gaga put on quite the show, making some rumors about the performance that we thought sounded absolutely insane come true. She even managed to not take attention away from the game by sparking a political debate, which many expected her to do. Unfortunately, there’s no way to completely silence the trolls.

Lady Gaga wants to perform on stadium roof at Super Bowl

Lady Gaga is not your average performer, so it should come as no surprise that the six-time Grammy Award winner believes singing on a stage at the Super Bowl next month would be too boring.

According to Oli Coleman of Page Six, Gaga has come up with an “elaborate and somewhat dangerous” plan to sing on top of the roof at NRG Stadium in Houston. Of course, there is concern that there could be technical issues in addition to the obvious safety risks, but Gaga is said to be “pushing” to make it happen.

“They’re writing up multiple plans about how to safely get her on the roof, including potentially [cutting] a hole in the ceiling of the dome,” a source with knowledge of the plan told Page Six.

Here’s more on the risky proposal:

Meanwhile, we’re told that perturbed pen pushers are working just as hard on the project. “Trying to figure out insurance for it is crazy,” said the worried insider.

A source close to the project says Gaga is hoping to do the stunt live during her halftime show performance, but other insiders worry that — if they can pull it off at all — the safer option might be doing the stunt as part of a pretaped commercial in the leadup to the game, “depending on what they actually figure out is doable.”

Gaga sang the national anthem at Super Bowl 50 last year (video here) and received great feedback, which is one of the reasons the NFL wanted her to do this year’s halftime show. We can only imagine the buzz she would create by literally performing from the roof of the stadium.

Lady Gaga reportedly in talks to do Super Bowl halftime show

Lady Gaga is reportedly in talks with the NFL about doing the Super Bowl LI halftime show in February.

According to Billboard, the NFL is interested in having Gaga perform after she got great reviews singing the national anthem at last year’s Super Bowl.

“We have had conversations with several fantastic artists about the Pepsi Super Bowl Halftime Show. However, at this point we do not have a final decision,” an NFL spokesperson said when asked about the Lady Gaga rumors. “We’re happy there is so much excitement about the show.”

Lady Gaga recently released the song “Perfect Illusion,” which is the first single from her soon-to-be-released album. She also gained even more popularity recently when she won a Golden Globe for best actress in a miniseries for her role in the FX series “American Horror Story: Hotel.”

Believe it or not, the NFL was reportedly already turned down by one of the biggest female singers in the world. If the gig has actually been offered to Lady Gaga, we’re guessing she will end up taking it.

Jerry Seinfeld Does Not Approve of Lady Gaga’s Behavior

When Lady Gaga decided to run amuck at the New York Mets game after photographers turned around to take pictures of her, the Citi Field staff kindly escorted her away from her field box seats to a more private luxury box.  I had no idea that the luxury box she was seated in — which she proceeded to flip the photographers off from — was that of long-time Mets fan Jerry Seinfeld.  Needless to say, the comedian was none too pleased about her being taken to his luxury box so she could enjoy the game.  Here’s what Seinfeld told WFAN about Lady Gaga’s behavior at the game, courtesy of The Big Lead:

You take one ‘a’ off that, you’ve got gag … this woman is a jerk. I hate her. I can’t believe they put her in my box, which I paid for … you give people the finger and you get upgraded? Is that the world we’re living in now? It’s pathetic … why is she giving the finger? How old is the finger? How’d it even get to be the finger? … Get an act. Rhinestone bikinis and giving people the finger. She is talented, I don’t know why she’s doing this stuff … wake me when its over.”

I’m with you, Jerry.  It’ll be interesting to see if he addresses this topic again when he calls the Mets game with Keith Hernandez.  If I remember correctly, the last time my friend flipped someone off at a Red Sox game he got thrown out.  In case you don’t know what Seinfeld’s ragging on her for, here are some pictures of Lady Gaga at the Mets and Yankees games:
