White Sox pitcher Danny Farquhar ‘progressing well’ after brain surgery
Chicago White Sox pitcher Danny Farquhar is still fighting for his life after suffering a brain hemorrhage in the dugout on Friday, but there is at least some fairly good news on his progress.
According to the team, Farquhar underwent a successful surgery and is responsive, and considered to be in critical but neurologically stable condition.

The good news is that Farquhar hasn’t gotten any worse since Friday’s terrifying event. The White Sox are supporting him in any way they can, and hopefully he can recover to the point where he can live something close to a normal life.
