Bill Belichick goes George Costanza, leaves presser on ‘high note’ (Video)

Bill-Belichick

Bill Belichick was his usual self at his press conference on Wednesday, giving short answers and providing as little information as possible. But that didn’t stop him from leaving the room howling when he wrapped things up.

When ESPN’s Mike Reiss — who knows Belichick very well — had the nerve to ask about the report that the Patriots were meeting with Steven Jackson, Belichick broke out a classic “Seinfeld” reference and left the room on a high note.

It’s unclear if Belichick intended for that to be a George Costanza reference, but it sure seemed like one:

Anyone who doubts that Belichick would be a “Seinfeld” fan must forgotten the Deflategate press conference when he dropped one of the most timely movie references of all time. The Hoodie is as sneaky funny as they come.
