Saints a potential suitor for Antonio Brown?
Antonio Brown has said he wants an opportunity to contend for a championship if the Pittsburgh Steelers trade him, and one team that would certainly afford him that opportunity is the New Orleans Saints.
Michael Silver of NFL Network said Friday that the Saints are a team to keep an eye on as discussions surrounding Brown continue.
Keep an eye on the Saints when it comes to the Antonio Brown chase. AB in that offense would be sick. Just saying.

The idea of Brown in Sean Payton’s offense should be mouthwatering for Saints fans, and Drew Brees would almost certainly be in favor of it. While New Orleans already has one of the better offenses in football, having another top receiving option like Brown would allow Brees to not rely on Michael Thomas so heavily. That would make the Saints even more dangerous.
The Steelers would prefer to trade Brown out of the AFC, but the NFC team Brown supposedly wants to go to is not pursuing him at the moment. The Saints are trying to win another championship before Brees retires, so it would not be a shock if they went after a player of Brown’s caliber.
