DeMarcus Cousins gets well wishes from Kobe Bryant after injury
DeMarcus Cousins suffered a season-ending injury on Friday night, but the NBA community is behind him.
One such name is Kobe Bryant, who offered Cousins his sympathies and assistance after the New Orleans Pelicans star suffered a torn Achilles during Friday’s game against Houston.
Get healthy @boogiecousins You will comeback stronger. If you need anything on my end just holla

Bryant once tore his Achilles during his playing career, so there’s some experience here in dealing with such an injury. The hope at this point will be that COusins comes back the same player, or at least close to it. He’s in for a grueling recovery process both physically and mentally. Giving Kobe a call probably isn’t the worst idea for Cousins to lift himself a little bit.
