Markieff Morris had no love for his ex-teammate Goran Dragic during Monday’s meeting between the Suns and Heat.
Dragic was heading to the basket on a fastbreak during the third quarter and had a clear path at a layup, but Morris came from behind and pushed him as he was going for a block. His push caused Dragic to miss the shot and sent the point guard tumbling to the ground.
Morris was ejected for his intentional foul on Dragic, which was ruled a flagrant-2 foul.
Whether or not Morris is holding something against his ex-teammate is unknown, but we do know that he has been frustrated lately. Maybe he was just blowing off some of that steam.
