Mizzou star punt returner out 4-6 weeks with broken leg
Dynamic special teams playmakers are an essential part of any football team, and Missouri will likely be without one of theirs for the first few games of the 2018 season.
A Mizzou spokesperson confirmed on Thursday that wide receiver and punt returner Richaud Floyd broke his leg during practice this week and is expected to be out up to six weeks.

Floyd, a redshirt junior, caught 14 passes for 170 yards and two touchdowns last season. He made even bigger contributions on special teams, turning two of his 11 punt returns into touchdowns. He was expected to be Mizzou’s top returner this season and still should be when he returns from his injury.
