Nick Saban smiling after onside kick yields meme
It’s not often that Nick Saban is satisfied during one of his team’s games, but during the championship game on Monday night, he slipped. And, yes, it was recovering the onside kick that did it.
Saban gave one of the world’s greatest smiles after Alabama recovered an onside kick to change the game with Clemson in the fourth quarter.
First there were tweets about how big Saban’s balls were for attempting the onside kick in that situation.

Then there were all the tweets about his devilish grin:
Let’s be clear, this is not a smile.
It’s the expression of man who just ate a fresh beating heart. pic.twitter.com/fG09d1Srgw

Keep smiling, Saban. You know you pulled a fast one and it worked. That’s the look of a man who pulled off a trick to win a national title.
