Buffalo Bills offensive line coach Aaron Kromer was arrested early Sunday morning on a misdemeanor battery charge after allegedly getting into an altercation with his neighbor’s juvenile son.
Kromer was booked into jail at just before 2 am and was released around an hour later.
“We are aware of the report and in the process of gathering the facts,” the Bills said in a statement.
Kromer is in his first year with the team after previously serving as offensive coordinator of the Chicago Bears. He made headlines last year for anonymously criticizing quarterback Jay Cutler, but that didn’t stop Rex Ryan from hiring him.
