Dan Orlovsky Has Been Living with Donald Brown Rent-Free

When Donald Brown broke an 80-yard touchdown run against the Titans on Sunday, it marked one of the lone bright spots in a season that has been one of the most depressing in Indianapolis Colts history. The Colts finally picked up their first win of the year on their 14th try, one that also happened to be the first of Dan Orlovsky’s career as an NFL starter. Orlovsky even threw a block that helped spring Brown free on his 80-yard run. As it turns out, Dan owed his fellow UConn Husky a favor.

“I’ve been living at his house for four months, rent free,” Orlovsky said according to the Indianapolis Star. “He told me the hip check was the least I could do.”

Orlovsky has been living with Brown since the Colts signed him as a free agent back in September.  The two played college ball at the same school, so the compatibility was likely already there.  I wonder if Brown makes him do the dishes or cut the lawn.

It’s nice to have your own place, but living with a teammate beats shacking up with your parents — right Andy Rautins?

H/T to Shutdown Corner for pointing out the story.
