Haloti Ngata beasts a 150-pound dumbbell (Video)

How strong is an NFL nose tackle? We can’t speak for all of them, but we know Baltimore Ravens star Haloti Ngata is an absolute beast. A workout video his brother posted on Facebook earlier this week reminded us of that.

Ngata, a five-time Pro Bowler, was lifting a 150-pound dumbbell over his head with one arm while lowering himself to the ground and back up again. The 340-pounder is strong enough to keep the weight in the air without using his second arm for support.

If you’re built anything like me, you probably couldn’t even curl a 40-pound dumbbell let alone dream of lifting 150 pounds over your head with one arm. There’s a reason Ngata constantly attracts triple and double teams.
