Miles Austin marries girlfriend Stacy Sydlo; Cowboys serve as groomsmen

Miles Austin got married to girlfriend Stacy Sydlo on Saturday night, and the fun part was many of his Dallas Cowboys teammates served as groomsmen.

As this wedding card shows, Jason Witten, Tony Romo and DeMarco Murray were groomsmen for Austin:

Austin attended college at Monmouth in New Jersey and met Sydlo on his first visit to the school, according to NJ.com.

Sydlo played lacrosse at the school, while Austin went on to star in football. He even had his jersey retired by Monmouth during a ceremony at a basketball game last weekend.

Though Austin has fallen off the radar recently in the NFL and pop culture, we should remind you that he was once a very hot commodity. He caught 81 passes for 1,320 yards and 11 touchdowns during a breakout 2009 season and followed it up with 69 catches for 1,041 yards and 7 touchdowns the next year. The big 2009 season allowed him to sign a huge contract before the 2010 season that paid him $18 million guaranteed.

Since 2010, Austin has struggled to stay healthy and has been an inconsistent producer in the Cowboys’ offense. The team is likely to cut him before the season.

As a reminder, Austin also dated Kim Kardashian in 2010 after his Pro Bowl season. The two broke up after a few months. As far as we can tell, Sydlo and Austin have been together for at least the past year.
