Pat McAfee randomly drug tested after 67-yard punt
Indianapolis Colts punter Pat McAfee has never believed that NFL drug testing is truly random, and the latest love letter he got from the league has done nothing to change his mind.
McAfee boomed a very long punt — 67 yards, to be exact — in his team’s preseason win over the Buffalo Bills Saturday night. On Monday, he received a letter from the NFL saying he had been “randomly selected” to provide a urine sample. Once again, McAfee wasn’t buying the whole “randomly” thing.

The veteran punter has been singing the same tune for years. Back in 2013, McAfee didn’t believe his selection for a drug test was random after he laid out an opposing kick returner (video here). He complained once again last year when he was drug tested after cracking a 4/20 joke. Maybe McAfee is onto something.
