Rob Gronkowski paid a kid $100 for lemonade at the Super Bowl (Picture)

Rob-Gronkowski-lemonade

Rob Gronkowski may currently be in a cast after undergoing another surgery to repair his broken forearm, but that isn’t stopping him from putting smiles on people’s faces. On Thursday, Gronk was leaving the CBS section of Radio Row in New Orleans when he came across a young kid selling lemonade. Will Brinson of CBSSports.com was there to capture the Patriots tight end handing the child a $100 bill. He did not ask for change.

Gronk is a big guy, so he probably could drink $100 worth of lemonade if he was thirsty enough. However, it looks like he settled for a few cups at most, as the salesman appears to be handing him a tray that holds multiple drinks.

On a side note, this kid can play for me any day. Kudos to Gronk for making his day by giving him a ton of money, but selling lemonade in a spot where athletes and celebrities are passing by is pure genius. That’s what I call a brilliant sales tactic.
