Russell Wilson shouts out Bing after being busted for Ciara compliments
Russell Wilson poked fun at himself and gave a shoutout to Microsoft search engine Bing after being busted for using the Internet to compliment his girlfriend, Ciara.
Wilson has been known to profess his love for Ciara over social media many times. This week was no different as he made Ciara his “Woman Crush Wednesday” and wrote some nice words about her.
PM #WCW I kissed her & she had honey sweet lips that were lilac soft w/ a loving & affectionate personality @Ciara pic.twitter.com/qwxXkfWnCK

Looks really sweet, right? Well, someone figured out that those lines were taken from a website about descriptive writing. Specifically, if you use the search query “describing a beautiful woman,” those lines come up:

Multiple websites busted Wilson for his unoriginal compliments, so the Pro Bowl quarterback decided to address the whole matter.
The Seattle Seahawks QB shouted out Bing as the place he searched to find the descriptive writing site (no coincidence that the Seahawks’ owner is Microsoft founder Paul Allen and that Microsoft is an NFL sponsor):
Hahaha actually I prefer @Bing to describe my love… #StillCantFindEnoughWords

Then he broke out what appear to be a few original lines:
Even Rosetta Stone can't translate my love at this point…

Describing this beauty, I would need all the diction & syntax from 6,000+ languages in the world #MyWords @Ciara pic.twitter.com/QVF6Nos2Q7

At least we can credit Wilson for a nice recovery. Speaking of recovery, between this and his whole Recovery Water thing, this is the second time he’s been heavily mocked by the ‘net.
