Warren Sapp suspended by NFL Network, has bio deleted from site
Warren Sapp’s arrest for soliciting prostitutes and allegedly assaulting them is likely going to cost the Hall of Famer his broadcasting job.
Sapp has been suspended indefinitely without pay by NFL Network in light of his arrest. Sapp had been broadcasting for NFL Network live from the Super Bowl in Arizona.
Sapp’s broadcasting bio on NFL.com has also been deleted from the site:
The network stood by Sapp even after Showtime dropped him for his accusations about Jeremy Shockey in 2012, but it looks like this is it for him.
As for Shockey, it looks like the ex-tight end got the last laugh:
Just heard from My SOURCE Warren Sapp charged with Soliciting a Prostitute! Damn so Sad http://t.co/qA89qke9xw
