Tiger Woods has funny response to question about going bald
Once upon a time, Tiger Woods was a young prodigy in the golfing world and a fresh face who took over the sport. Nowadays, he’s battling injuries and has become a grizzled veteran on tour. And nothing shows how much he’s aged more than his hairline.
Like many men in their early-40s, Tiger’s hair is thinning and receding. But he is not about to let it go.
Tiger joined ESPN’s Scott Van Pelt for an interview to promote his new book, and SVP, who is bald, egged Woods on about shaving his head.

“I get it, I get it,” Woods said with a smile in response to Van Pelt’s prodding. “We are not what we used to be. I get it, I get it.
“I’ve got my helipad up top and I’m very happy with that. I get a hat on so I don’t get sunburned on the little center.”
That helipad line is priceless.
It’s cool that Tiger took the gentle ribbing well and shows that he can take a joke and some teasing. He just better avoid Charles Barkley, because that will only make things worse.
