Tyler Seguin threw a party in the Cape day he was traded for partying too much

Tyler Seguin party

Tyler Seguin was traded by the Boston Bruins on Thursday, reportedly because the team was unhappy with his partying ways. In a wonderfully ironic twist, the youngster just so happened to throw a party the day he was traded.

Numerous people tweeted about being at Seguin’s house on the Cape for a July 4 party and shared photos and videos from the affair. One even called it a “trade party.” Viral music star Mike Stud was among those who tweeted about meeting up with Seguin for a party:

Bout to link with my bro @tylerseguin92 tonight on the cape. America.

It could very well be that Seguin just happened to throw a July 4 party like most people in the country, but the timing of his rager doesn’t look great. Keep in mind Seguin’s mother defended him to the Toronto Star for the reports that he partied too much. Seguin’s father even admitted that his son parties and is caught up by social media frequently because he is so young. That’s exactly what happened on Thursday.

A girl who goes by Lizzy Dela on Instagram shared this photo from Seguin’s party:

“Good old fashioned #housepaty #rage at #tylerseguin pad. Can’t Unsee summa that stuff. Lost a lot if good men out there. #tradeparty” she captioned the photo.

The same girl also posted a video from the party that shows Seguin getting down with a girl:

How do we know for sure that was Seguin? He was wearing the exact same outfit when photographed earlier in the day:

Like I said, most people were partying on July 4. But not everyone was traded the same day because they partied too much, and not everyone threw a “trade party” to celebrate.
