Pioneer Press deletes suggestive Aaron Rodgers tweet
The St. Paul Pioneer Press sent a tweet on Tuesday teasing a story about Aaron Rodgers by using some suggestive language, but they later decided to delete it after some backlash.
“It’s red and 9 inches long and Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers tugs it for good luck,” the teasing tweet read.
It wasn’t difficult to see why some would have their mind in the gutter over such a tweet, though the tweet probably stirred enough curiosity to get lots of people to click.
After deleting the tweet, the Pioneer Press replaced it with this more straightforward explanation:

C’mon, what did you really think Rodgers was tugging?
