As was said post fight, this could go down as one of the most embarrassing knockouts in UFC history. Anderson Silva was absolutely toying with Forrest Griffin who couldn’t find or touch him in the ring despite throwing plenty of punches. As Griffin was trying to make a charge, he got caught with a soft punch to the face and got dropped. Check out the entire Anderson Silva/Forrest Griffin fight video:

Griffin, a self-described sore loser, wasted no time in the ring after the knockout, promptly making an exit for the dressing room. He certainly left his dignity behind.

A soft punch doesn’t break a guy’s jaw. A soft punch after a guy’s jaw is broken doesn’t exactly feel like feathers either.

Who can beat Anderson Silva. Is Lyoto Machida in his weight class. I think that this would be a great fight. I went to UFC number 2 in Tulsa, OK. It was as awesome then as it is now. I think a man who gets into a ring with another man and pits his strength and intelligence against another is the ultimate. There is no greater test for man other than warfare. This will do! These folks who claimed that they were good at Karate or jujitsu. Once they get inside the octagon all of the goofy self promotion goes right out the window.

One of the truly great fights-Brock Lesnar and Fedor Emilinenko. Anderson Silva and Lyoto Machida. I would pay double to see these fights.
