Bubba-Watson-Golf-BoysGolf has a reputation for being a pretty stuffy sport, but a certain foursome that calls itself “The Golf Boys” tends to deviate from the norm. Bubba Watson, Rickie Fowler, Hunter Mahan and Ben Crane have released another song as a follow-up of the hilarious music video called “Oh Oh Oh” that they introduced to the world a couple of summers ago.

The new track is called “2.Oh.” While I don’t find it quite as funny as their boy band debut, there are still plenty of laughs to be had and plenty of Watson’s chest hair to go around. PGA enthusiasts will appreciate the references to Fowler’s flat brims, Bubba’s button-ups and Mahan’s facial hair.

It’s refreshing for golf to be able to feature guys who have girly golf clubs and pull off hilarious pranks. It keeps the younger demographic involved and helps casual fans relate to people who are making more money in a weekend than many of us will make in our lives. Most importantly, all proceeds from their music video are donated to charity. What more can you ask for?

If there’s one thing I learned from attending my first PGA golf tournament over the summer, it’s that the players don’t like to be distracted. By distracted I mean they don’t want to hear people talking, see people moving, or hear you take a sip from your beer when they are about to take a shot. Somehow Albert Pujols can smash three home runs in a World Series game on balls that are coming at him at a rate of 80-95MPH and could curve, go straight, or sink. Guys like Albert can do that with 50,000 screaming fans watching, but a golfer cannot hit a ball that is resting in front of him or her unless there is total silence and serenity.

That’s just the nature of the sport, and the golfers and their caddies take it very seriously.  Hunter Mahan gave us an example of that on Friday at the Presidents Cup when he stopped in the middle of a shot to roast a fan who was making noise.  Check out this video that Devil Ball Golf shared with us:

I know, I’ve already sung the praises of Rory McIlroy’s girlfriend and told you that I think he’s the real deal and the future of golf.  What can I say?  I’m a big flavor of the week type of guy and I just caught wind of the fact that Hunter Mahan is engaged to a former Dallas Cowboys cheerleader.  Did I mention she’s hot?  That’s right, I don’t need to because I already said she was a Dallas Cowboys cheerleader.

Mahan won the Bridgestone Invitational on Sunday — where Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson fared miserably to say the least — after shooting a 12-under for the tournament.  He and the lucky lady, Kandi Harris, have been engaged since June.  Hot name?  Hot name.  The smokin’ hot sports girlfriends list welcomes you today, Kandi.  Here are some photos of Hunter Mahan’s girlfriend Kandi Harris:
