And there you have it. When those rumors were swirling a little over a month ago that Lamar Odom was possibly cheating on Khloe Kardashian with a stripper, it looks like he wasn’t. For all we know the stripper in question could have been one of Khloe’s friends. As she said, she does enjoy a good strip club. Khloe told Conan O’Brien Wednesday night that her and Lamar have gone to strip clubs together. Weird? It is for me.

Don’t worry, Khloe also insisted Lamar is able to go own his own as well. She says he asked permission to go to a strip club recently with some teammates and she granted it. Since he’s a 6-foot-10 basketball player, she said she’s not worried about him misbehaving or someone would notice. Is she a great wife or what? Now we know why Rick Carlisle is such a fan. Maybe we were wrong about you, Khloe.

The fact that Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian are still together is a miracle in itself.  Kardashian marriages have a pretty short shelf life, so the two have done an excellent job of defying the odds to this point.  However, some interesting stories have been popping up lately regarding the instability of their relationship.  More specifically, a few gossip magazines and websites have claimed Lamar has been running around acting like a bachelor.

Last week, RadarOnline.com reported that Odom was seen at a strip club shelling out hundreds of dollars and living it up while Khloe was at home tweeting about how she missed him.  Odom was with his new teammates in Washington, D.C., as they were being honored at the White House for their championship run.  On Sunday, StarzUncut.com shared the above photo and this photo of Lamar:

It’s unclear exactly when the photos were taken, but the timing is coincidental if nothing else.  Shame on you, Lamar. That’s no way to treat the woman who said she’d relocate with you no matter where you were traded.  More importantly, it’s no way to treat your new coach’s favorite Kardashian.

When a new player comes to town, it’s obviously important that he and his coach get along.  The relationship between a player and coach can determine whether or not a smooth transition is in order, but with someone like Lamar Odom there’s more to it.  Considering Odom is not only a celebrity in the sporting world but also a celebrity in Hollywood, Mavericks coach Rick Carlisle needs to get along with his wife as well.  As we all know, Odom is married to a Kardashian.  That’s like being a part of a royal family, right?

“I will say this: Khloe’s my favorite Kardashian” Carlisle said according to the Dallas Morning News. “She’s the coolest. Carlisle was then asked if he’d go on the Kardashian’s show, to which he replied: “I’ve never been one to rule anything out. I would guess it would be a long shot to be asked.”

Rick keeps up with the Kardashians?  I never would have guessed that.  He obviously isn’t basing his opinion on looks, but that’s alright. At least he and Lamar can get off on the right foot.  If Odom feels like he isn’t thrilled with show business like he said before, maybe Carlisle can stand in for a few episodes.  You can tell he’s fishing around for an invite.

For a couple of hours or so on Thursday, it appeared Lamar Odom was heading to New Orleans. That would mean leaving the Hollywood lifestyle behind. Well, for the most part. Anytime you’re married to a Kardashian the cameras are going to find you, but naturally upon hearing the news about the trade we were all concerned about one thing: Odom’s marriage with Khloe Kardashian.

According to TMZ.com, we can rest easy knowing that if Lamar gets shipped out of town Khloe is going with him.

We’re told Khloe would follow Lamar anywhere … but she would feel especially comfortable in New Orleans because the family spent TONS of time there when Kim was dating former Saints running back Reggie Bush … and she already has a bunch of friends who live in town.

We already knew Odom was very distraught when he thought he was leaving L.A., and he could still be traded.  Despite all the mean things he may have said about growing tired of the reality show, I’m sure Lamar feels a little better now knowing that Khloe will be able to survive even if it means leaving Hollywood.

I’ve often thought it would be tough for Lakers forward Lamar Odom to maintain focus on basketball with everything he does off the court, and it turns out I’m not the only one. During a visit on The Ellen Show this week, Lamar admitted that a few days into filming the Khloe & Lamar show he wanted out. Here’s the video as shared by the LA Times:

In case you couldn’t watch the clip, Khloe Kardashian actually didn’t want to do the show because she knew how much work it involved. Being mindful of his playing career, she didn’t want to put Lamar through the show, but he’s actually the one who wanted to film it. Lamar said he thought it was going to be easy, but three days into filming he wanted to back out of the contract.

I couldn’t tell you how the show is, but just what we suspected is the case: having your own show is pretty intense and requires a lot of time and effort.

That apparently is the Kardashian family Christmas Card, featuring Lamar Odom. Unlike last year where he was photoshopped in, it looks like he was present for the shoot this time. It’s just unfortunate Hand, Cousin It, and Uncle Fester couldn’t make it. The seamstress is probably still working on their clothing.

Denver Nuggets guard Ty Lawson is reaching out to the Kardashians, and doing it in a pretty immature way that commissioner David Stern might not be very happy with.  I’m not sure if this is serious enough to warrant any type of punishment, but Twitter is obviously becoming somewhat of a problem in the NBA.  Paul Pierce’s Twitter account was supposedly “hacked” during the playoffs when “someone” wrote about the Celtics sweeping the Magic after they went up 3-0, although that one really shouldn’t bother Stern.  Charlie Villanueva tweeted during halftime in a game against the Celtics last season.  His coach — Scott Skiles — was none too pleased.  Shaq did the same a week later as a way of mocking Villanueva.  His coach — Alvin Gentry — didn’t seem to care at all.

Lawson’s tweet is a bit more inappropriate than the one’s we’ve seen from NBA stars in the past, and Cowboys receiver Miles Austin, the alleged new boyfriend of Kim Kardashian, might be a little offended by this Tweet if they’re indeed dating.  Check out this screen shot of Ty Lawson’s tweet about Kim Kardashian, courtesy of Sports by Brooks Live:
