10-foot alligator found in dugout prior to minor league game
Upon arriving to stadium for Friday’s game against the Daytona Tortugas, Charlotte Stone Crabs pitcher Kyle McKenzie found a visitor waiting for him.
As seen above, a rather large alligator had made its way into the dugout and got comfortable under the bench. Perhaps it missed the Stone Crabs, who were in Daytona for games Wednesday and Thursday, and wanted to be there to welcome them home? McKenzie has his own theory about how it ended up there.
If I had to guess id say that the alligator just got really drunk and woke up there, bet all his gator bros r worried sick about him

That’s a plausible explanation. Hopefully, the gator will be reunited with his bros so they can stop worrying. Who knows, maybe he will have stories to tell about his adventures in Charlotte Sports Park, though the one that made its way onto the golf course probably has better tales.
