Bryan Price ejected by umpires before game starts (Video)
Manager Bryan Price might have set a record Saturday for the quickest ejection of all time. The Cincinnati Reds manager was tossed from his team’s game against the Indians before it even began.
Price went out to exchange lineup cards and then began talking with umpire crew chief Tim Reynolds before leaving the field. Price reportedly was having words with Reynolds about the strike zone during Friday night’s game, which was an area of complaint for the Reds’ hitters. Things started to get heated, and before you knew it, Price got the heave-ho.
We know what it looks like when Price goes off on profanity-laced rants, so we can only imagine what his conversation with the umpires was like.
