Report: Bryce Harper has received 10-year offers
We still know little about Bryce Harper’s free agent market, but there are indications that teams are willing to make significant offers that we don’t know the specifics of yet.
According to Bruce Levine of Chicago’s 670 The Score, Harper has received 10-year offers, and they include an average annual value said to be “big.” The specifics of the money involved and the teams offering are not stated.
Despite the White Sox information ( not going over 7 years) sources indicate that Bryce Harper has had ten year offers and big AAV offers from clubs that should go with a 5 WAR player .

We only know that the White Sox are reportedly not one of the teams that has done this.
Now that we’re into 2019, the Harper market is expected to heat up. This could be legitimate, or a leak designed to kickstart that process and encourage teams to get moving if they want to sign the star outfielder.
