Remember how far off the plate 50 Cent’s attempt at a ceremonial first pitch was two weeks ago? Of course you do, because nobody could forget that. Over the weekend, Houston Astros pitcher Collin McHugh threw a pitch during an actual game that was almost as far outside as 50’s.
So naturally, our friend @cjzero took McHugh’s wild pitch and mashed it together with a famous line from “Major League” and a reaction from 50 Cent.
McHugh has pitched very well this season and has only walked 19 batters in nine starts, so it’s not like he’s wild. Still, I’m not sure even Vlad Guerrero could have hit that pitch.
