The Cleveland Indians are going to be without their ace for at least a little while.
On Wednesday, the team placed pitcher Corey Kluber on the disabled list with lower back tightness, a move signaled earlier in the day by manager Terry Francona.
Francona says it looks like Kluber will be put on DL "we think letting him miss a little bit of time is best thing for everybody" #Indians

Kluber pretty clearly didn’t have it in his Tuesday start against Detroit, allowing five runs on seven hits in just three innings. He really hasn’t been effective all season, posting a 5.06 ERA in six starts.
Kluber must hate pitching in Detroit. Not only does the team post great numbers against him, but he finds himself injured there often. The good news is this injury sounds like a rather short-term thing.
