Cubs fan wipes her backside with White Sox hat (Video)
The bleachers at Wrigley Field were unavailable for fans until they were re-opened Monday night, and Cubs fans already are wasting no time living up to their reputations.
During the seventh inning of Monday’s game against the Mets, there was a delay when a White Sox hat ended up in left field. Dexter Fowler came over to throw the hat back up into the bleachers, but a Cubs fan wearing a Jon Lester jersey got a hold of it and used it to fake-wipe her backside. She then tossed the cap right back onto the field, causing another delay in the game. The next time, Fowler threw the hat back up to the left field bleachers and someone gave the hat to a security official.
We’ve seen Cubs fans in the bleachers pull some creative moves before, but at least the last time was much less graphic. The fan’s actions should not come as a surprise given how willing Cubs fans are to urinate in public. Cubs fans are starting to rival Philly sports fans when it comes to gross acts.
