Curt Schilling will continue working for ESPN despite his political comments about presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, according to a report.

Vocativ says they were told by ESPN that the network addressed Schilling’s comments about Clinton with the analyst. They also were told he will continue to serve as an analyst on “Monday Night Baseball.”

Schilling, who has long held strong political opinions, joined 610 Sports in Kansas City on March 1 and was asked about the election. At one point he said Clinton “should be buried under a jail somewhere.”

Schilling later said he would not be surprised if ESPN fired him for his comments. Keep in mind this has been ESPN’s policy for employees regarding the election:

“We should refrain from political editorializing, personal attacks or ‘drive-by’ comments regarding the candidates and their campaigns.”

Schilling has worked as an analyst for ESPN since 2010. He did serve a suspension during the summer for this tweet about Muslims.
