Dodgers to hold Hello Kitty day, hand out Hello Kitty bobbleheads

Oh boy! The two fun-loving little characters you see pictured above are going to be a part of the excitement at Dodger stadium come July 1. Flights out west are expensive with fuel prices currently through the roof, but I’ve already booked my airfare to make sure I can be in attendance. As Hardball Talk pointed out to us on Thursday, the Dodgers have announced they will be giving away mini Hello Kitty bobblehead dolls to the first 50,000 lucky fans at their game on July 1. Not only that, but Hello Kitty’s friend Keroppi is also scheduled to make an appearance at the Viva Los Dodgers Day festival before the game And the mother ship? Hello Kitty is throwing out the ceremonial first pitch!
