Dodgers’ Justin Turner: We’re the worst team in baseball right now
The once-mighty have fallen. Fallen down a deep hole.
The Los Angeles Dodgers were 91-36 as of August, but they have now dropped 15 of 16 games amid a terrible string of losing. They are on a 10-game losing streak and are now nine games up in the NL West.
Given the way the Dodgers are playing, Justin Turner says they’re the worst team in MLB at the moment.

He’s not lying. The stats tell the story. On the opposite end, Cleveland entered Sunday on a 17-game winning streak, doing just what the Dodgers were doing to build up their big record.
Naturally, the Dodgers are very frustrated.
"We have a very frustrated, upset clubhouse," Dave Roberts said.

During their recent losing stretch, the Dodgers were swept by the Diamondbacks twice. They just were swept in a four-game series by the Rockies. They can only hope things turn around on Monday as they start a 10-game road trip that opens in San Francisco.
