Dodgers release renderings of new outfield stadium renovations
The Los Angeles Dodgers are making renovations to Dodger Stadium for the upcoming season, and they shared a glimpse on Thursday of what the improvements will look like.
The renovations will connect the outfield pavilions together for the first time rather than have them separated. There will be plenty of gathering areas for fans as well as part of the “entertainment plaza” they are building.

Aside from the outdated Yasiel Puig jerseys (unless those doing the renderings know Puig is returning to the team), the pictures look solid.
Of course, the construction crews have a ways to go to get the stadium ready for the season. Jorge Castillo shared a photo of how it looked in the outfield as of this week, and there was still a lot of work to be done.

As part of the renovations, the Dodgers will also be putting up a Sandy Koufax statue, which will be a welcomed addition for Dodgers fans.
