Yasiel Puig may well get his helicopter, but sadly for him, he won’t be allowed to use it to get to ballgames.
According to Andy McCullough of the Los Angeles Times, Puig will need to find an alternative means of transportation to get to the ballpark.
The Dodgers have told Yasiel Puig he can not, theoretically, fly a helicopter to Dodger Stadium. Federal law prohibits it, the FAA says.

It’s both hilarious and mildly alarming that Puig needed to be told this. Even beyond federal law, where do you land it? How do the logistics work?
Puig can still get his customized helicopter, but he’s going to have to commute to ballgames the old fashioned way. As Yoenis Cespedes has demonstrated, there are plenty of ways to do that in style.
