Jered Weaver gives teammate deathstare after being hit by bottle (Video)

Jered Weaver stare

Jered Weaver on Friday night broke a streak of terrible starts and threw his seventh career shutout in a win over the Houston Astros. Given his 6-plus ERA entering the game, going nine scoreless innings was a big deal, so he was asked interviewed by FOX Sports’ Alex Curry after the game.

During his interview, Weaver was hit by the customary beverage bath, but then things got weird when a teammate pelted him with what appeared to be a water bottle. Weaver then gave a death stare into the dugout and was legitimately peeved. He quickly ended the interview and then went right into the clubhouse, presumably to go after the water bottle thrower.

Bottom line: do not mess with Jered Weaver.
