Josh Donaldson took home the American League MVP Award last year, so we know he’s pretty good at playing baseball. Soon, he will get to show off his abilities as an actor on History channel.
Next month, the highly-rated series “Vikings” will get its fourth season underway, one that will contain the Blue Jays third baseman.

After working on his hair and beard for months, as Donaldson says in the teaser, he certainly now looks the part. As for his role, Donaldson is set to play a Viking warrior named Hoskuld.
