Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Josh Ravin suffered a broken arm in a car accident Monday night. On Tuesday, the righthander was kind enough to show us a photo of the damage.
Did we say kind? We meant diabolical.

Ravin told TMZ that he was driving in Arizona on Monday when traffic came to a sudden stop, causing him to swerve to avoid hitting the car in front of him. He ended up driving into oncoming traffic instead, colliding with another vehicle and sustaining the gnarly injury. Ravin estimates he was only going about 20 mph at the time. He said the person in the other car was fine.
The photo Ravin shared Tuesday was just before he underwent surgery. He is expected to miss 6-8 weeks while recovering.
For some reason, we immediately thought of Ben Roethlisberger’s disgusting broken nose when we first laid eyes on Ravin’s arm. That is not a good thing. Here’s hoping he has a speedy recovery.
