Kendrys Morales continued to burn the Houston Astros in the ALDS with his bat, and he decided to get back at them in more ways than just on the scoreboard.
After clubbing a huge 3-run home run to put his Kansas City Royals up 7-2 in the bottom of the eighth inning of Game 5 of the ALDS, Morales did a back-pat and throat gesture to imitate the one done by Astros pitcher Lance McCullers in Game 4.
McCullers did the gesture after getting an out in the top of the seventh inning of Game 4. The Royals noticed the gesture and were fired up by it.

Volquez and others in Royals dugout said they saw McCullers do a throat-slash gesture after he came off the mound after the sixth.

Kansas City ended up scoring seven runs in the final two innings of Game 4 to win the game 9-6, and then they won Game 5 to take the series. And now there’s an entire Royals-Astros beef you might have to watch out for next season after seeing what Morales did.
