Kenley Jansen appeared to hurt his ankle stumbling on jog from bullpen
After Friday already saw ace Clayton Kershaw land back on the disabled list with a strained lower back, Kenley Jansen seemed to have his own mishap later in the day as well. The All-Star reliever was summoned for a four-out save against the Colorado Rockies and appeared to hurt his ankle when he stumbled on his jog from the bullpen, per Pedro Moura of The Athletic.

Jansen would proceed with his outing, but it was a bit of a rocky one at that. He allowed an earned run on three hits and one walk but still managed to pick up the save in the 11-8 Dodgers victory after stranding two men on base. Still though, maybe Jansen should have done things Sean Doolittle’s way instead.
