
Major League Baseball will look into a video of San Francisco Giants CEO Larry Baer engaged in a physical altercation with his wife.
In a statement, MLB said they are aware of the incident and are in fact-gathering mode, and refused to offer any further comment.

The leaked video of the incident certainly does not look good, and MLB has the right to punish individuals even if no criminal charges are filed. Baer may yet see consequences for this from the league, even if not legally.
