A photo of Murray State pitcher John Lollar in his absurdly high leg kick made the rounds on Twitter Tuesday for obvious reasons.
This dude appears to have his leg kicked up higher than his head, which makes it surprising that he’s able to maintain his balance. Someone might have to remind him that he is playing baseball and not training for the hurdles.

The leg kick did make for some funny tweets at least, ones that Lollar appreciated:

Lollar pitched five innings during the first game of Tuesday’s double header against Kentucky, giving up eight hits, three walks and four runs while taking the loss. He is now 0-1 with a 5.74 ERA this season. Unfortunately his old-timer leg kick is producing juiced-era results.
