Otis Nixon was reported missing on Saturday, but police said Monday that the former MLB outfielder has been located.
Most importantly, Nixon is said to be “safe.”

Nixon, who spent 17 seasons in Major League Baseball playing for nine different teams, was reported missing by his girlfriend after he did not show up for a scheduled tee time on Saturday. It’s unclear why no one was able to locate him for more than 24 hours.
Nixon was arrested a few years back on drug-related charges, and he appeared to be in horrible condition. Here’s hoping his mystery disappearance was merely a misunderstanding.
