Prince Fielder did it again.
The Texas Rangers first baseman/DH had another baserunning folly that lit up the internet.
This one happened in the first inning of Texas’ game with the Los Angeles Dodgers when Fielder tried to score from second on Mitch Moreland’s single to left. As he was making the turn towards home, he was hit by the sniper on the roof and bit the dust.

Luckily everything worked out as Fielder scored on a bases loaded walk to give Texas a 1-0 lead.
This was awesome, but when it comes to great moments in Prince Fielder on the bases, nothing will ever top the belly flop.
I don’t know about you, but it sure looked to me like Prince was preparing for a Slip ‘N Slide:
