Watch: Stephen Strasburg got a bit graphic celebrating Wild Card win

Stephen Strasburg

If the way Stephen Strasburg celebrated the Washington Nationals’ win in the NL Wild Card Game on Tuesday night is a preview of things to come, networks may need to consider turning the cameras off.

Strasburg pitched three innings and allowed just two hits and no runs in Washington’s dramatic victory over the Milwaukee Brewers. The right-hander picked up the win, and he busted out a pretty graphic celebration in the locker room afterword.

The excitement is certainly understandable. The Nationals looked like their season was all but over when they were trailing 3-1 and had to face Josh Hader in the eighth inning, but a crucial error in the outfield allowed them to take the lead. Daniel Hudson then came in for Washington in the ninth to finish things off and give them a date with the Los Angeles Dodgers in the NLDS.

The Dodgers are a heavy favorite to beat the Nationals, so you can only imagine how wild Strasburg might go if his team pulls off the upset.
