Trevor Bauer has bold goal for 2019
Trevor Bauer likely has several goals for 2019. Maybe he wants to win the Cy Young award, lead the league in multiple statistical categories, and put together the best season of his career. But the Cleveland Indians starter has an even more bold goal than that.
As he shared for Jeff Passan’s 2014 book on the pitching industry, “The Arm,” Bauer had a goal of making it into ESPN’s “The Body” issue for 2019. The goal was part of a five-year plan.

“The Body Issue” is ESPN the Magazine’s annual issue that celebrates the bodies of athletes by photographing them in the nude. We’re hoping someone from ESPN sees this and considers adding him to the list for their 10th annual edition.
Hey, if this former MLB player was able to make the cut once, so should Bauer.
