An old tweet sent by Walker Buehler went viral during Game 3 of the World Series on Friday night.
Buehler is in his official rookie season for the Los Angeles Dodgers and started against the Boston Red Sox in Game 3. Though he made his debut last year, he was not on the postseason roster for the team as they reached the World Series. That means Buehler watched as a fan.
Take a look at this tweet Buehler sent last year as he watched Game 2 of the World Series as a fan at Dodger Stadium:

A year later he’s starting for the team in a huge game with them down 0-2. That’s a pretty cool development.
Buehler, 24, was brilliant in the regular season, going 8-5 with a 2.62 ERA and earning his spot atop the Dodgers’ rotation.
